REAL FAMILIES ONLY. No acting experience needed. Not casting in California. Were you new to hiring child care and not sure where to start? You needed flexible, reliable help that fit your life: someone nearby, available when you needed them, experienced, within budget, and above all someone you could trust. We'd especially love to hear from you if: - You work an unusual job or unpredictable hours (shift work, nights, travel). - A big life change sent you looking (going back to school, a new baby, a move, a new job). - Your caregiver became someone your family now relies on. You must have found and hired your caregiver through Care.com. You do not need an active Care.com account today. We are casting outside California only. Moms and dads are both welcome, and so is your caregiver if they'd like to be on camera (not required). Filming is 1 day the week of November 9, at your home or remote. Pay: $2,000 per person interviewed on camera ($500 session + $1,500 usage). $750 per person for family members in b-roll, adults and kids. All media in perpetuity.
